Privacy notice

Who receives your data

I'm Edgar Fabián Astaiza, based in Miami, Florida. This notice explains what data I collect on this site and what I do with it. For any question, write to fabian.astaiza@gmail.com.

Contact form

If you use the form, I receive your name, phone, email, preferred date, meeting type (in person or virtual) and your message, if you write one. I use that data only to contact you and schedule the meeting.

The data arrives in my email and is stored in a Google spreadsheet in my account. For that reason Google processes it as a service provider. I do not sell it or share it with other companies.

Financial Analysis

What you enter in the Financial Analysis is processed in your own browser and is not sent to my server or to the spreadsheet. The PDF is generated on your device.

If you decide to send me the result by email or WhatsApp, you do it from your own app and I receive only what you send. The tool may save in your browser the example rates you adjust. Those rates do not include your personal data.

Language preference

The site remembers in your browser the language you chose. It is not personal data and you can delete it in your browser settings.

External links

The site links to LegalShield and ptr3s.com. Each site has its own privacy policy. I receive a commission if you sign up for LegalShield through my link.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete the data you sent me. Write to fabian.astaiza@gmail.com and I will answer.

Retention

I keep form data for 12 months. After that I delete it, or sooner if you ask me to.

Measurement tools

This site does not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools.
