About me
I'm Edgar Fabián Astaiza and I live in Miami. I have more than 20 years in technical support and technology: equipment, servers, networks, software, productivity and cybersecurity.
In Bogotá I founded and ran PTR3 SAS for over two decades, and I served institutional clients. Before that I worked as a support engineer, installing and managing enterprise antivirus software.
Today I offer four services: term life insurance and financial planning for families, access to a law firm through LegalShield, artificial intelligence for businesses, and cybersecurity with technical support.
First I listen and understand the real problem. Then I analyze alternatives and make a recommendation. After that I implement, train and document.
